This site collects information in four places: the voter survey, the email signup form, the volunteer signup form, and donations made through ActBlue.

Email signup. The form collects your email address and, if you provide it, your name. The campaign uses this to send updates about the race, events, and volunteer opportunities. The campaign does not sell this information or share it with anyone outside the campaign and its vendors (for example, the email service provider that sends these updates).

Volunteer signup. The form collects your name, email, phone number, and zip code. The campaign uses this information to coordinate volunteer shifts and outreach. This data is not sold and is shared only with campaign staff and volunteer coordinators.

Donations. Donations are processed entirely through ActBlue. Your card number and billing details go directly to ActBlue and are never stored on zoemanos4nh.org servers. ActBlue's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data. Under New Hampshire election law, contributions above certain thresholds may require public disclosure of the donor's name, address, employer, and occupation on campaign finance reports filed with the state.

Data retention. Information collected through these forms is kept for the duration of the campaign and for as long afterward as required by New Hampshire campaign finance recordkeeping rules.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses Squarespace Analytics to track visits and page views. No personally identifying data is collected through this tool beyond what's described above.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any campaign email. To request that your information be removed from campaign records, contact ZoeManos4NH@gmail.com.

Changes. These terms may be updated as the campaign or site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
