“Zoe, thank you for your hard work and time spent on introducing House Bills for the past 3 years dealing with this condo issue. This change would not have happened without your support.

Meet Zoe Manos
Representing Stratham, NH
Hi, Friends!
I’m running for my third term as New Hampshire State Representative from Stratham. Property taxes, housing, health care, child care, and groceries have all become exorbitant. I’m fighting to make life more affordable for our community, and this year we have an incredible opportunity to flip the State House blue. With your help, we will continue to make the Granite State a place where everyone can thrive!
I’m eager to continue to serve the people of Stratham,
Zoe
Priorities
As a State Representative for Stratham, Rep. Manos is concerned about life becoming increasingly unaffordable for the people who live in Stratham. The cost of property taxes, housing, health care, child care, groceries, and gas has become exorbitant.
-
We are very proud of our local schools, which attract many families to Stratham. People want to live in Stratham and build their families here. Rep. Manos strongly supports our local public schools, and she also values the contributions of the private schools in our area.
However, Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) are draining funds from our local public schools - and our state budget. The result is ever-increasing local property taxes to support the quality of our schools in Stratham and SAU16. We need financial limits and accountability on how EFA money is spent at the state level. Rep. Manos strongly supports legislation that will limit EFAs and provide accountability for these state funds.
-
Large data centers will increase the cost of electricity, harm our environment, and create noise that disturbs our neighbors and communities.
Rep. Manos strongly supports a two-year moratorium on the permitting construction or operation of new large data centers in New Hampshire.
Our towns and cities need the authority to determine whether to permit the construction and operation of large data centers.
Currently, our towns and cities have little authority, other than local zoning ordinances, to place limitations and restrictions on the siting or operation of large data centers. Rep. Manos supports legislation that will provide our towns and cities with the authority they need to impose constraints on large data centers.
Rep. Manos specifically supports outlawing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), which prevent the public from knowing the terms of agreements reached between owners of large data centers and municipalities.

Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Rep. Manos strongly supports strengthening and expanding healthcare coverage for all. She also supports strengthening and expanding our health care safety net. She strongly favors state action to cancel medical debt and/or prohibit medical debt credit reporting.
Reproductive choice is a bedrock principle for Rep. Manos. Reproductive decisions must be made by the patient in consultation with the doctor and those the patient choses to include. Abortion care must be available in New Hampshire under the standard of Roe v. Wade. And competent and caring miscarriage care must be accessible to all, no matter where in New Hampshire they live. Reproductive care, which includes cancer screenings and birth control for both women and men, as well as IVF, must be accessible to all. Women and men must be able to plan their families.
AI, without human review, has no place in authorizing or denying healthcare coverage by health insurance companies. Rep. Manos is working on drafting legislation to regulate and limit the use of AI by health insurance companies in deciding on coverage, without human review.
